Too often athletes are coached into their panic zone leaving them injured, traumatized, or demotivated. This webinar will explore the power of coaching along learning-based processes; equipping you with powerful observational and language based skills. Knowing the processes, and then coaching along them, engage athletes appropriately. This allows them to process the stressful experience, perform well, and remain psyched. This webinar will give you insight into the pre-conference clinic we’re teaching. We’ll present the ideas and then open to a Q&A session to address your questions.
