Cancellation Policy

Registration fees for the CWA Summit are not transferable to persons outside of your organization or to subsequent events. Requests for cancellations or transfers must be made in writing via email to the CWA no later than March 12^th, 2025. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled. If you cancel your registration prior to January 15^th, 2025, you may be entitled to a 95% refund of your conference registration payment. If you cancel your registration after February 16^th but before March 12^th, 2025, you may be entitled to a 75% refund of your conference registration payment. Pre-conference fees will be forfeited. No refunds after March 12^th, 2025, and no refunds for no-shows, unless approved in writing by the CWA. Please reach out to events@cwapro.org to request refunds.
