Pre-Conferences

The CWA is excited to bring pre-conference events back to the CWA Summit this year. With low additional cost and high return on investment with a multitude of options, it's an easy way to get more out of your experience.

We have pre-conference events for all members of your facility, namely:

• Individuals wishing to get certifications in CWI, CWI-P, and Routesetting
• Coaches and trainers wishing to perfect their methods through hands-on learning
• Gym owners new and experienced looking for workshops on effective strategies for staff hiring, operations, and more
• Program staff wishing to work smarter, not harder

NOTE: To purchase a pre-conference ticket, you must also purchase a CWA Summit registration or have already done so. If you purchase a CWA Summit pre-conference without a full conference ticket, you will be invoiced for a ticket to the show.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees for the CWA Summit are not transferable to persons outside of your organization or to subsequent events. Requests for cancellations or transfers must be made in writing to the CWA no later than April 12^th, 2024. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled. If you cancel your registration prior to February 16^th, 2024, you may be entitled to a 95% refund of your conference registration payment. If you cancel your registration after February 16^th but before April 12^th, 2024, you may be entitled to a 75% refund of your conference registration payment. Pre-conference fees will be forfeited. No refunds after April 12^th, 2024, and no refunds for no-shows, unless approved in writing by the CWA.
